About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pastry Assistant (Cakes) to join us in Tanay, Rizal. As a Pastry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating delectable cakes and pastries that delight our customers. This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to hone your craft in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist the Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of a variety of cakes and pastries
2. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent quality
3. Decorate and finish cakes and pastries with attention to detail and creativity
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
5. Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to implement new recipes and improve existing products
6. Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering suggestions as needed
