Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Pastry / Bakery Sous Chef - BACHA, responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in supervising the kitchen, including being familiar with local requirements and sanitation regulations. It is also to perform as a leader, training and supervision on all production in his kitchen, and overseeing the quality and proper usage of all food related to the kitchen. He/she must be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure that acceptable quality, hygiene, and other standards are kept and always surpassed by himself and his subordinates.
Key Performance Indicators
• To review Quarterly menu, pricing analysis according to requirement
• Raw food yield tests accuracy
• Recipe and menu costing in control
• Analyse monthly financial outlet performance (food cost, breakage reports)
