Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal offerings
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Support the Head Chef / Pastry Chef in daily operations
