We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team and contribute to the creation of exceptional pastry products across the hotel’s dining outlets, including The Bvlgari Lounge, home to the brand’s signature Dolci offering — a refined collection of contemporary artisanal pastries and chocolate creations.
Reporting to the Pastry Head Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of pastries, breads, cakes, desserts and chocolate-based items in line with the hotel’s recipes, quality standards and service expectations.
