• Education: Diploma or degree in Pastry Arts

• Experience: 1-2 years experience in a pastry kitchen.

• Skills:

• Entremet Glazing, decorating and design

• Pastry preparation (e.g., Cutting of Fruits, Whipping Cream, Ganache etc.)

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Communication and teamwork

• Responsibilities:

• Assist Pastry Chef with daily tasks

• Prepare and Decorate pastries, cakes, and desserts

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry station

• Support special occasion cake orders
