We are recruiting!

Our client in Maputo is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their team within the Hospitality Sector.

Responsibilities
Prepare cakes, desserts, breads, pastries, and other confectionery products;

Decorate and present pastry products in a creative and attractive manner;

Follow established recipes and quality standards;

Ensure the freshness, consistency, and quality of all products;

Monitor and control stock levels of pastry ingredients and materials;

Ensure proper storage and preservation of food products and ingredients;

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry work area;

Operate pastry equipment safely and efficiently;
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Pastry, Confectionery, Culinary Arts, or related field;

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience...
