Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked items
• Follow standardized recipes and plating guidelines
• Support daily mise en place and basic food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
• Properly store ingredients and finished products
• Assist with basic decorating, glazing, and finishing of desserts
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with senior chefs and kitchen staff

• Learn and operate pastry equipment and tools safely
  Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate of Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or Baking program

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Willingness to learn and take feedback positively
• Good time management and teamwork skills
