Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef / Dessert Chef to support dessert production, product development (R&D), and recipe standardisation for a growing dessert brand.

This role is ideal for a hands-on chef with strong fundamentals in baked desserts, pastries, and retail dessert production, who is comfortable working in a structured, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve dessert and pastry recipes for production and retail
• Execute R&D trials for new dessert SKUs and seasonal products
