Job Description
A Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Senior Pastry Sous Chef, overseeing daily production, supervising staff, and ensuring quality and consistency in all pastry and bakery items. Key duties include menu planning, inventory management, training junior staff, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of pastry techniques and kitchen management to support the Senior Pastry Sous Chef in all aspects of the department.
