Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE
The Pastry Sous Chef assists the Executive Pastry Chef in overseeing all pastry and dessert operations to ensure high-quality production and presentation. The role is responsible for supervising daily kitchen activities, developing pastry items, ensuring food safety standards, and supporting the execution of menus aligned with the brand's culinary vision. The Pastry Sous Chef also contributes to team training, cost control, and overall kitchen efficiency.

- Assists in planning, preparing, and executing all pastry, bakery, and dessert items according to menu requirements and seasonal offerings.
