Job Description

We are looking for a Sous Chef - Pastry , that is a dynamic, warm and professional. You will play a crucial role in creating the Sommerro experience and our guest promise: We give ENERGY to the city. The successful candidate will work alongside the management team as part of a strong and effective department, overseeing the operation of our pastry and dessert offerings, including events catering, breakfast, room service and three of our in‑house restaurants and coffee bar:

Ekspedisjonshallen: An all‑day dining venue offering a menu of classic brasserie favourites.

Tak & Izakaya: Our Japanese‑Nordic restaurant with unique and innovative dishes.

To Søstre: An elegant venue that serves afternoon tea.

Kafe Lucy: Our in‑house coffee bar offering seasonal pastries, cakes and sandwich to both in‑house...
