Job Description
Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions
Assists Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef with kitchen operations
Purchases appropriate supplies and manage inventories according to budget
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same industry
Good leadership and management skills
