A. Pastry Production & Quality Control

• Assists in planning, preparing, and executing all pastry, bakery, and dessert items according to menu requirements and seasonal offerings.
• Ensures consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry products.
• Supervises production schedules to meet operational needs for outlets and special events.
• Monitors portioning and waste control to optimize food cost.
• Conducts regular quality checks on ingredients, finished goods, and display items.

B. Menu Development & Innovation

• Assists the Executive Pastry Chef in developing new menu concepts, recipes, and seasonal offerings.
• Tests and documents recipes, ensuring standardization across all outlets.
• Recommends improvements or cost-effective alternatives for ingredients without compromising quality.
