Position Summary:
The Commis – CDP Pastry is responsible for assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of pastry and dessert items in accordance with the resort's quality and hygiene standards. This role ensures consistent product quality, supports daily pastry operations, and contributes to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
2. Apply knowledge of modern pastry techniques and ensure the highest quality of product output.
3. Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
4. Support the pastry team in menu planning and new recipe development.
