Patent Attorney

Introduction

Our company is seeking a motivated Patent Attorney to support the protection and management of our growing intellectual property portfolio. This role is ideal for an early-career IP professional with a strong technical background and interest in innovation-driven environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and assess patentable inventions
• Draft and file patent applications (local and international)
• Conduct prior art searches and IP research
• Assist with managing and maintaining the company's patent portfolio
• Work closely with engineering and R&D teams on innovation protection
• Liaise with external patent counsel when required

Desired Experience & Qualification

• LLB or relevant legal qualification
• Registered Patent Attorney or in the process of qualifying (preferred)
• 5- 8 years' experience in patents/IP
