Patent Specialist Trainee

Job Description
As a trainee, you will join a large global team of world-class technical patent specialists who manage Nokia's leading 5G and 6G standard essential patent portfolio. You will have an opportunity to work closely with inventors and standards delegates to identify and protect high value 5G and 6G inventions, from idealization to patent licensing. Besides, you will also learn from the patent attorneys to create high-quality patents, extending your understanding (beyond the technology) toward patent prosecution. You will have a chance to develop competence in one of the technical areas in the 3GPP technologies domain: e.g., 6G Physical Layer, 6G MIMO, AI/ML enablers, 6G Control Plane/User Plane, 6G Architecture, 6G Security and Non-Terrestrial Networks.
