Are you interested in working in the mental health field and working with adults who are homeless, CHCS currently has an opening for a Navigator on our Maine Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness Team. Will work as a member of a team of professionals who provide outreach, engagement, case management and service coordination services to adults, who are homeless and have a mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorder.
