**Position Summary**

UNC Health is seeking a Pathologist to provide comprehensive anatomic and clinical pathology services and serve as Medical Director of the laboratory at a UNC Health hospital. This position is a clinically focused, service‑oriented role supporting high‑quality patient care, efficient diagnostic services, and strong collaboration with hospital leadership, clinicians, and laboratory staff.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely pathology services in a hospital environment. This position does not carry academic teaching, research, or grant funding expectations.
