This is a 1.0 FTE Day position, 8 hour shifts.

**This Patient Access Coordinator I is a phone-based scheduling role that is focused on supporting access to care across Seattle Children’s clinics. The primary worksite is located downtown Seattle within the Patient Access Center. Once fully trained, this role may work a hybrid schedule rotating to the Access Center, Seattle-area clinic sites, and Home. This role provides exceptional customer service while connecting families to care.**

The role of the Patient Access Coordinator is an essential part of the patient's pre-visit experience. The primary function of this role is to collect accurate patient information, coordinate patient encounters and provide patient support services to ensure that each patient and family encounter is positive, professional, and efficient.
