Patient Account Associate

Description We are looking for a Patient Account Associate to support patient registration and account follow-up activities for a Long-term Contract opportunity in Roseville, California. This role focuses on resolving billing issues, securing accurate reimbursement, and maintaining timely account updates across assigned patient records. The ideal candidate brings experience with medical claims, payment posting, and collections while working effectively with patients, payers, and public programs. This position is scheduled for day shift, Monday through Friday, and is best suited for someone able to align working hours with Pacific or Mountain Time zones.
