Patient Care Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the doctor/nurses during consultations, minor procedures and post-surgical follow-ups.
• Assist with handling patient records.
• Coordinate appointments, laboratory tests, imaging referrals and hospital admissions.
• Manage the doctor's schedule, including clinic appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness in the unit
• Report any housekeeping, biomed or maintenance problem to OE.
• to assist the OE to do unit assets and property inventories.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion and confidentiality always.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of working experience in a private hospital or healthcare environment
• Good communication in Bahasa and English.
• Mature, empathetic, meticulous, proactive and trustworthy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of any of the patients' personal health information in compliance to PDPA.
