Job Overview

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail‑oriented, customer service‑focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our Admissions Team.

Responsibilities

• Perform registration and pre‑registration functions to ensure smooth patient transitions.
• Prepare pre‑registration packets for each procedure.
• Obtain copies of appropriate documentation for billing and collections.
• Process co‑payments and other payments.
• Register patients and update medical records.
• Back up all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.
• Perform nightly closing procedures for the clinic.
• Call patients for pre‑registration notifications, including copays and deductibles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
