Patient Care Coordinator – Inland Shoulder Clinic

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service focused, Patient Care Coordinator to join our Inland Shoulder Clinic.

This position will be located at our NEW Spokane, WA Clinic*.

We need someone with a professional demeanor, can work well under stress, will provide great customer service to our patients, and is able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of medical clerical duties.
• Registration and pre-registration functions to ensure smooth transitioning of patients through the services they require.
• Prepare pre-registration packets for each procedure.
• Ensure copies of appropriate documentation are obtained to facilitate billing and collections processes.
• Process co-payments and payments; register patients and update medical records.
