The **H70 Orthopaedic Unit** is dedicated to caring for adult post-operative orthopedic patients and overflow patients from the Neurological Institute and Department of General Surgery. Common surgeries performed on our patients include total hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty, revisions of hips, knees, and shoulders, and sarcoma resection. Osteoarthritis is the primary underlying disease for most of our patient population, along with infections of joints, osteomyelitis, fractures, sarcoma, and avascular necrosis.
