About the Role

We are hiring a Patient Coordinator / Patient Success Manager to support a growing dermatology and aesthetic clinic. This role is responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records in the EMR system, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience from first contact through appointment confirmation.

The clinic has established workflows and processes in place. Training materials will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Patient Intake Management

• Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Follow up with new leads via phone, SMS, or email
• Verify and enter patient demographic information into the EMR system
