UPMC Rx Partners is looking for a casual Patient Delivery Rep to join their dedicated team in Williamsport, PA.

The Patient Delivery Rep coordinates and delivers products in an accurate, courteous, and timely manner. Assist the pharmacist in the performance of technical and clerical duties.

This is a casual status position, working at least one - 8 hour shift per week, and staff vacation coverage.

Responsibilities:

+ Obtain patients signature on specific forms.
+ Organize and file pharmacy documentation as required.
+ Handle customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner.
+ Cooperate and coordinate with other staff to ensure efficient deliveries.
+ Meet expectations for customer satisfaction and anticipates customer needs.
+ Deliver pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment in timely, safe and accountable manner.
