Become a catalyst for positive change in patient care at BGH as a Patient Experience Coordinator. Your role involves managing patient feedback, enhancing their experiences through effective communication and service recovery.
In this integral role within the Quality and Risk Management Team, you will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that patient and family concerns are effectively addressed. Your insights and management of patient feedback will allow BGH to continuously improve its services and maintain a focus on quality care.
