Job Description – Brief
Position Overview
The Patient Experience Supervisor (PES) ensures exceptional, consistent, and complaint-free patient experiences across assigned dental clinics. This role protects patient satisfaction, brand reputation, and trust by proactively managing concerns and embedding customer service standards into daily clinic operations.
The PES owns all patient-related concerns and serves as the escalation bridge between clinic staff and management.
Reporting & Deployment
Reports to: General Manager / Director of Operations
Works with: Clinic Manager, Head Dentist, Front Desk Lead
Deployment:
1 PES per large clinic
Shared across 2–3 smaller clinics (based on volume)
