Patient & Family Concierge - 5E Acute Care/Trauma Stepdown - FT Evenings/Nights

UPMC Williamsport has an opening for a Full-Time Patient & Family Concierge to join 5E! 5 East is an Adult Medical/Surgical unit with a focus on acute care surgery and trauma patients.

This role will be scheduled for 36 hours per week with a primary evening shift of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This position will also be assigned every other weekend/holiday!

**Final candidates will be selected for a job title within the career ladder that reflects level of education, experience, and manager discretion at time of offer.

Purpose:
The Patient & Family Concierge is responsible for providing generalized, compassionate service and support to patients, families, and visitors during their stay within the hospital.
