Patient Fulfillment Specialist

Cities: Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga, Ibagué.

We are looking for a Patient Fulfillment Specialist to support patient communication and medical order fulfillment. This role focuses on delivering an excellent patient experience by handling inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring timely follow‑ups.

Schedule

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients via chat and occasional calls
• Manage and process medical orders efficiently
• Provide clear and solution-oriented responses
• Review patient records and ensure accuracy
• Maintain fast response times
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Advanced English (near-native)
• Experience in healthcare (MA, Nurse, Pharmacist, or similar)
