About the Role

This role is the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy for autism care. You'll handle outreach calls, intake screenings, and data entry, helping families move smoothly into benefits verification and authorization. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and comfort with both phone-based work and CRM systems.

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience in ABA therapy or autism care (required)

• High English fluency (spoken and written)

• Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
