Position is located: Cianchette Professional Blding
Work Type: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Summary:
Provides remote continuous observation of multiple patients at risk for safety. Navigates and retrieves information from the electronic medical record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide exemplary customer service and demonstrate consistent use of EMMC Caring Behaviors. Able to work closely with all members of the healthcare team. Ability to concentrate in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
• Notifies members of clinical care team of any change in patient’s condition or attempts to harm self. • Monitors patients continuously, always keeping patients in full view. • Remains alert and observes patients during their assigned shift. Arranges coverage for patients when needs ...
