This role will work on site at our Shared Services Support Center in Durham, setting up patients for home infusion visits and reviewing patient charts to ensure applicability and availability of resources to support high quality, effective patient care._

_The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of LPN experience, with a working knowledge of managed care, prospective payment systems and their impact on the delivery of home health care. Prior experience with EPIC is a plus._
