Overview

We are looking for a Patient Recall & Medical Administrative Assistant to support a U.S.-based Gastroenterology (GI) practice. This on-site role is open to fresh medical or allied health graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in medical administration, patient coordination, and back-office healthcare operations.

The role focuses on patient recall support, scheduling assistance, documentation, and general administrative tasks under the guidance of the senior team.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Recall & Follow-ups

• Assist in monitoring patient recall lists for those due or overdue for GI follow-up procedures
• Support outreach efforts via phone, email, or patient portals (scripts and training provided)
• Update patient records and document contact attempts accurately
