**Job Description:**

Performs full range of duties related to processing patient information for visits which may include: reception, registration, appointment scheduling, electronic medical records management and telephone management. Responsible for accurate and timely input of collected information into the hospital information systems. Specializes in certain functions: answering phones, checking in and checking out patients, verifying demographics, navigation through Electronic Medical Records as it relates to the PRA role, complex scheduling, referrals, and monitors and assures that all functions are completed in an accurate, efficient, and customer friendly manner. May assist in training peers and/or less experienced support staff.

**Salary Range:**
$19.63 - $26.50 an hour
