An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Safety Support Officer to join our Patient safety team.
The aim of this role is to assist in supporting the Trust’s patient safety assurance process and in use of the Incident Management system, providing advice and assistance to staff across all Trust sites. The position involves working with all aspects of the system including quality checking incidents, trend analysis, and system configuration.
The role will act as first point of contact for system enquiries and support the provision of a professional, effective and efficient service for the system users. The successful applicant will be required to travel between Whiston Hospital and Southport Hospital sites.
