Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional, empathetic, and patient-centered manner
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English, using appropriate tone, pace, and active listening skills
• Accurately schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for dermatology clinics following clinic-specific scheduling protocols
• Confirm patient demographics, insurance information, and appointment details
• Create and update accurate patient charts in the practice management and EHR systems
• Document all call interactions clearly, concisely, and accurately
