We are seeking an experienced Patient Scheduling Representative with strong hands-on knowledge of NextGen Healthcare EHR/PM systems to join our growing Healthcare BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, verifying information, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using NextGen Practice Management/EHR system
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and empathetic manner
• Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and eligibility
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in the system
