Responsibilities:
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently using designated scheduling systems.
Coordinate appointment availability by aligning patient preferences with provider and clinical staff schedules.
Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide visit-related instructions, and respond to scheduling inquiries.
Manage appointment changes, including rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up appointments, in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient demographic and appointment data in the EMR/EHR system.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all scheduled appointments and related updates.
Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical teams, and front-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and operational efficiency.
