Patient Service Associate (3 Shift)

Job Description

You will provide service to our patients and visitors including patients registration, bed reservation, appointment scheduling, billing, financial counseling,and follow-up.


Requirement:
Minimum GCE O level
Working experience in customer service/healthcare industry will be an advantage
Able to work 3 rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

Yishun Health Campus is a network of medical institutions and health facilities of the National Healthcare Groip in the north of Singapore. It comprises Admiralty Medical Centre, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital.
