About The Role

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Register and discharge Emergency Department patients, including collection of facility fees and inpatient admission deposits.
• Provide financial counselling to patients and relatives for emergency and inpatient admissions.
• Manage front-line service and communications, handling counter and hotline enquiries with proper telephone etiquette and end-to-end follow-up.
• Support patient experience and operations by assisting patients and relatives, resolving PR issues, maintaining counter environment, and ensuring policy compliance.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend daily roll call / meetings.
• Assume any duties as assigned by Operations Head.

What We Are Looking For

• At least GCE N/O Level education.
• Possesses Class 3 or Class 4 license.
