Challenges

As a Patient Service Associate at Emergency Department, you will be at the very forefront of operations to support the department in delivering patient care.

  • Patients' and Visitors' registration
  • Billing and payment
  • Appointment scheduling (handling both in and outbound calls, facsimiles, and emails)
  • Observation ward monitoring: Preparing necessary medical documents for doctors' review
  • Admission and discharge coordination.
Requirements
  • General Diploma / ITE certificate
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience working in highly stressful / Dynamic work environment would be advantageous
  • Able to perform 3 rotating shifts on a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
  • Service-oriented, good team player
  • Good in IT Skills
