Job Description
Provide frontline customer service, including patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Work closely with doctors and nurses to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
Provide chaperone assistance to doctors and nurses when required.
Attend to patient requests, emails, and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Handle payment collection and perform basic administrative duties.
Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange patient transport when necessary.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum
N/O/A Levels or Diploma
in any field.
Able to
commit for a minimum of 3 months
.
Comfortable with
standing and walking for extended periods
.
Prior
customer service experience is preferred
, but not required as training will be provided.
Able to work
office hours, 5.5 days per week
