About The Role

Registration

• Perform patient registration and provide prompt, efficient front-line service.
• Conduct financial counselling, including explanation of charges, billing options, deposits, and changes in level of care or accommodation.
• Coordinate operational workflows such as ward class selection, day surgery vs admission conversions, cancelled cases, and patient wait-time communication.

Room Assistant

• Serve as the front-line counter receptionist, managing visitor reception, inquiries, and coordination with clinics, wards, and operating theatres.
• Coordinate patient flow and movements, including admissions, transfers, discharges, surgery list updates, and day surgery to ward conversions.
• Handle operational logistics and reporting, including porter bookings, patient refreshments, ward statistics, and verification of accommodation codes.
