Responsibilities:

Organising, retrieval and distribution of medical records for our outpatients

Sorting and filing medical records where applicable

Maintaining the records registers

Completing Audits of Medical Records

Creating hard charts for clinics

Ensuring patients details are checked and updated on a regular basis

Providing refreshments for patients

Stock ordering and receiving

Providing chaperone services to support patients experience during their visit to our centre
