Insight Global is seeking a Patient Services Representative for a client in Nashville, TN. You’ll play a key role in managing the front-end and back-end financial workflows in a busy oncology clinic. You’ll ensure patient insurance and eligibility details are accurate while supporting billing, claims, and payment processing. A typical day includes verifying coverage, collecting payments, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding accounts. You’ll also serve as a resource for patients and families, helping them understand their financial responsibilities and navigate insurance questions.
