Role Overview
The Patient Services Coordinator serves as the primary front-facing liaison between TeleCure and its patients within the clinic. This role is responsible for welcoming and triaging patients, clearly explaining clinic processes, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience from arrival to completion of services.

In addition to patient engagement, the Patient Services Coordinator gathers patient insights, feedback, and suggestions, communicating customer-driven concerns to the TeleCure team. The role also assists with medical records requests, including printing records and confirming electronic delivery of results.
