Patient Services Coordinator (Therapy Care Center)

**Overview**



The **Patient Services Coordinator I** supports Care Center operations by performing front-end clinical operational activities, such as registering/checking in patients, cashiering, gathering and providing appropriate information, collecting co-pays, and answering the phones under the direction of more senior Care Center staff. This position will additionally schedule and confirm patient appointments, provide routine financial counseling, process insurance, and gather insurance authorization information. The incumbent will interact with patients, families, clinicians, administrative staff, and third-party payers and provide customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
