Patient Services Specialist

FYidoctors Hope clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is full‑time, 30–40 hours per week. The clinic is open Monday to Thursday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check‑in and check‑out, and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.
• Manage eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.
