Patient Services Specialist

Major/Essential Functions

Front Desk Operations: Welcoming patients, verifying identity, managing check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining comfortable waiting areas.

Scheduling: Answering inbound calls, booking and confirming appointments, and rearranging schedules as needed.

Insurance & Billing: Verifying insurance coverage, gathering necessary pre-authorizations, and collecting co-pays.

Record Keeping: Updating Electronic Health Records (EHR) and ensuring patient data remains secure and HIPAA-compliant

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish
